We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product offerings, or restrict sales at our discretion.

Product Images & Colors

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, finishes, patterns, and materials as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, and display settings. Because of the nature of certain materials and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, pattern, finish, texture, dimensions, or appearance may also occur between individual products.

These natural or manufacturing variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

Preorders

Certain Lady Mahj products may be offered for preorder before they are available for immediate shipment.

When purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the product is not currently ready to ship and agree to the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the applicable product page.

Any estimated production, shipping, or delivery dates provided by Lady Mahj are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect anticipated delivery dates.

If there is a significant change to the expected fulfillment timeline, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates using the contact information provided with your order.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, fulfillment timing may vary depending on the shipping information provided at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional, or other errors appearing on the website and, when permitted by law, cancel or modify an affected order.

Returns & Refunds
