Each Lady Mahj piece is carefully designed and inspected with quality in mind.
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item so our team can review your request.
Please note that subtle variations in color, finish, texture, and other details may occur as part of the manufacturing process. Light surface marks may also naturally occur through handling and play. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all Lady Mahj purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, shipping information, and other product details before placing your order.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Preorder and estimated shipping dates are provided as estimates and may change due to production, transportation, or other circumstances outside of our control. A change in an estimated shipping date does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the product is not currently ready to ship and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeframe provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment timing.
