Shipping Policy

Every Lady Mahj order is packed with care and shipped with UPS.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 1 to 7 business days of your pieces arriving in our warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Preorders
Preorder items ship within 1 to 7 business days of arriving in our warehouse. Each product page lists an estimated arrival date. These dates are estimates and may change because of production or freight timing. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock pieces, they may ship separately.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow it on its way to you.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your package is with UPS, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, and we're not able to cover delays or extra costs caused by an incorrect address.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. If your package seems to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with you.
